Together, the two agents demonstrate how Vertafore is bringing agentic AI across the MGA underwriting lifecycle, reducing manual work, accelerating processing and surfacing valuable insights to create more capacity for growth.

Reviewing policy changes can require underwriters to manually compare lengthy applications line by line, taking time away from evaluating risk and increasing the potential to overlook important details.

Available now in Surefyre™, Change Request Agent uses AI to understand incoming policy change requests, extract and organize relevant information, and prepare changes for processing. By comparing renewal and endorsement applications against existing policy information and presenting changes in plain language, the AI agent helps underwriters quickly understand what needs their attention. Underwriters remain in control, reviewing AI-generated summaries and editing as needed before saving the approved version directly to the application record.

Change Request Agent brings intelligence directly into the flow of underwriting rather than requiring another standalone tool. As a result, MGAs can handle more transactions, improve service and free their underwriters to focus on higher-value work.

In internal testing, Change Request Agent reduced the time spent reviewing and documenting changes by 70%, with a 98% reduction in errors.
